MANAVA is a responsible lifestyle brand in Cambodia whose goal is to create and share unique and luxury hand-woven rattan baskets, home and fashion accessories, while empowering and supporting rural artisan Cambodian women with a sustainable future. As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive on a commission-only basis.
Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in business development.

ABOUT THE JOB:​​

Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the wholesale (B2B) sector through networking and online research.

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM database.

Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance.

ABOUT YOU:​

Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, in the wholesale B2B industry.

Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Ka-Lai Chan (*1985, NL) is the founder of MANAVA and has 10+ years’ experience as a product designer. She worked for renowned International design brands, hotels and museums.
